Original U.S. Civil War Model 1860 Light Cavalry Saber with Scabbard Dated 1864 U.S. Badges 000 more P-1853s from LiègeOriginal Item: Only One Available. This is a nice used example of the principal cavalry saber used in the U. S. Civil War of 1860 1865. It has brass mounts with wood with leather wrapped sword grip and bound brass wire is still intact and present. The curved blade is marked on one side U. S. A. D. K. 1864 ADK for A. D. King was an ordnance inspector active during the Civil War. The maker markings have worn away but we suspect this was made by AMES of
