Constructed of silver, the obverse bearing a raised and rightward facing profile of Professor Hugo Junkers in exceptional detail, circumscribed by name and his passing date of 1935, the reverse bearing a central raised eagle in mid flight, topped by a Junkers Ju 52 style aircraft, circumscribed by an inscription of D. JUNKERSWERKE IN DESSAU SCHPFER, the obverse designer marked K. GOETZ for the firm of Karl Goetz,
