Model 1873 Socket Bayonet. This bayonet fits the M1873 Trapdoor Rifle. The blade and socket are blued, bayonet is 21" overall length, with a 3" socket, 18 11 16" blade and 16 5 8" face flute. This bayonet will fit the most of the later US Trapdoor Muskets and Rifles, please note some rifles vary (sight length, etc) so some fitting maybe required.
